It's definitely not true that Filipinos in general look like Japanese. However, in the particular case of you and Dice-K, the facial resemblance (esp. cheeks and chin) is pretty striking. Sorry.
Of course, I don't think that's what the drunken Bostonians were noticing...
Just a thought, but if vaguely resembling Dice-K means hot girls throw themselves at you, is it really such a bad thing? Aren't I supposed to be the pessimistic one?
